I pride myself as a knowledgeable bartender. I have worked in a variety of venues, from college bars to being on stage making my signature cocktails for judges in front of hundreds of guests. My favorite aspect of working in the industry has been educating customers and students about what they are drinking and the story behind how their drinks came to be. I’ve worked quite a bit with the Philadelphia USBG and have learned an extraordinary amount through their experts, seminars, events, and tastings. I’m actually working on a couple seminar ideas of my own. I hope I can be of service to you.
